Check-in is at 3pm each day.

Check-in for Bluebell is 4pm.

Check-out is at 10am.

We require a deposit of 50% for all bookings which will be taken at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before your stay. If you book within 6 weeks of your stay the full amount will be taken at the time of booking.

You will be asked to store a card with our system so that a security deposit pre-authorisation can be held. For more information please refer to the Security Deposit section below. 

Before your stay, you will be asked to store a card with our booking system which will be used as a security deposit pre-authorisation. This authorisation of £200 will be held on your stored card and only used if you fail to comply with our Terms and Conditions.  
We aim to be as fair as possible, and rarely charge guests any or all of their security deposit.
The £200 pre-authorisation will be held from your check-in day and released within 24 hours of check-out. It may take the bank a few days to remove the pre-authorisation.
Unfortunately we had to introduce security deposits after some of our pods were left extremely dirty or damaged.

Yes! Each glamping pod comes with its own private deck and hot tub.

To book, please click on any of the ‘Book Now’ buttons around this website, or check availability using the calendar. Our booking system is managed by bedful.com

We cannot offer a refund for any cancellations. Please take out appropriate travel insurance which may cover your costs if you need to cancel your stay with us.

If we are given at least 4 weeks’ notice before your holiday is scheduled to start we can rearrange your holiday to other available dates. If the new dates are in a different season there may be an upgrade cost.

If you test positive for Covid we cannot offer a refund. We recommend you take out suitable travel insurance to cover if you are unable to travel due to illness. 

You can transfer/sell your holiday to friends or family and please inform us of their contact details.

In the event that we have to temporarily close the glamping site due to lockdown, we cannot provide a refund. Instead we will offer you alternative dates and help you to rearrange your holiday with us to another date.

If you do not check-in on your travel dates we will not provide a refund.

Please check your travel dates carefully as if you turn up on the wrong dates we will not be able to accommodate you.

We recommend you add the dates to your calendar, phone or diary.

We do not allow pets at Hedgerow Luxury Glamping, either in the pods or onsite.

We are an adults-only glamping site. No babies or children are allowed on site. Guests must be at least 18 years old to stay with us.

Our glamping pods feature an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. In your bathroom you’ll find:

  • Complimentary toiletries (shampoo & conditioner, shower gel, hand lotion, face cloth, soap)
  • Toilet rolls
  • Towels (2 hand towels, 2 bath towels, 2 bath sheets)
  • Heated towel rail
  • Robes
  • Hairdryer
  • Shower
  • Toilet
  • Sink
  • Mirror
  • Bluebell features a beautiful freestanding bathtub

Each pod features a fully stocked kitchen including:

  • Dishwasher and dishwasher tablets
  • Fridge with built in freezer
  • Wine cooler (not in Foxglove or Bluebell)
  • Microwave and grill
  • Krups coffee machine and complimentary coffee pods
  • Toaster
  • kettle
  • Slow cooker
  • 2 pan halogen hob
  • Full set of pans
  • Mixing bowls, sieve, colander
  • Joseph & Joseph utensils including tin opener, chopping board and cheese grater
  • Tea towels
  • Washing up liquid
  • Cloths and sponges
  • Hand lotion
  • Mugs, glasses, tableware, cutlery, place-mats
  • Bottle opener!
  • Ovens are included in Foxglove and Bluebell

We know accidents can happen so please let us know as soon as possible if you break or damage anything.

The pods and hot tubs are very expensive to manage and repair/replace.

We will ask you to pay for any damage or breakages.

We also expect the pods to be left without too much mess. Due to Covid all bedding must be put in the green bag provided before you check-out. Full instructions can be found in the welcome pack. 

If you fail to comply with our Terms and Conditions, leave the pods in a mess or damage anything, we reserve the right to collect some or all of the £200 security deposit.
