Before your stay, you will be asked to store a card with our booking system which will be used as a security deposit pre-authorisation. This authorisation of £200 will be held on your stored card and only used if you fail to comply with our Terms and Conditions. We aim to be as fair as possible, and rarely charge guests any or all of their security deposit. The £200 pre-authorisation will be held from your check-in day and released within 24 hours of check-out. It may take the bank a few days to remove the pre-authorisation.
