Check-in for Bluebell is 4pm.
Check-out is at 10am.
We require a deposit of 50% for all bookings which will be taken at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks before your stay. If you book within 6 weeks of your stay the full amount will be taken at the time of booking.
You will be asked to store a card with our system so that a security deposit pre-authorisation can be held. For more information please refer to the Security Deposit section below.
Yes! Each glamping pod comes with its own private deck and hot tub.

We cannot offer a refund for any cancellations. Please take out appropriate travel insurance which may cover your costs if you need to cancel your stay with us.
If we are given at least 4 weeks’ notice before your holiday is scheduled to start we can rearrange your holiday to other available dates. If the new dates are in a different season there may be an upgrade cost.
If you do not check-in on your travel dates we will not provide a refund.
Please check your travel dates carefully as if you turn up on the wrong dates we will not be able to accommodate you.
We recommend you add the dates to your calendar, phone or diary.
We do not allow pets at Hedgerow Luxury Glamping, either in the pods or onsite.
We are an adults-only glamping site. No babies or children are allowed on site. Guests must be at least 18 years old to stay with us.

We know accidents can happen so please let us know as soon as possible if you break or damage anything.
The pods and hot tubs are very expensive to manage and repair/replace.
We will ask you to pay for any damage or breakages.
We also expect the pods to be left without too much mess. Bedding should be put in the laundry bag provided before you check-out. Full instructions can be found in the welcome pack.
If you fail to comply with our Terms and Conditions, leave the pods in a mess or damage anything, we reserve the right to collect some or all of the £200 security deposit.
If you leave any items behind and need us to send them back to you, we will send you an invoice for Post & Packaging.
This is usually £5 depending on the size/weight of the item(s) to be sent.
We are working hard to make Hedgerow Luxury Glamping as accessible as possible.
Before booking, we advise you to look at the 360 degree videos available for the glamping pods to ensure that they meet your requirements.
Foxglove Pod can have a ramp installed if required for a wheelchair or to make entering and exiting the pod easier.
All pods have their own private parking right next to them for easier accessibility.

What is a Security Deposit?
A security deposit is a provisional charge held on your credit or debit card. Before your stay, you will need to enter your card details through our booking system. Then, before you check-in, the security deposit will be held by your bank for the duration of your stay.
Once you check-out, the security deposit is released and the charge is removed from your card.
If you cause any damage to the pod or the site during your stay (including but not limited to damage to the hot tub, crockery, linens etc.) we have the right to use part or all of the security deposit to cover the costs.
– No money is actually taken from your account or held by Hedgerow Luxury Glamping, it is held by your bank.
– We will only ever use part or all of the security deposit if you cause damage to the pods, items in the pods or the surrounding facilities
– Each pod is thoroughly checked before each stay, and evidence of damage will be recorded via photo or video.
Using a Credit Card
We recommend you pay this with a credit card as the amount due will be provisionally held as an authorised amount, without being charged, and will be released at the end of your stay.
Using a Debit Card
If using a debit card, the funds may actually be taken from your balance, or be held provisionally, and, once reimbursed, may take a few days to clear.
