COVID-19 Terms & Conditions

Please read these additional terms and conditions regarding your stay at
Hedgerow Luxury Glamping and the current Covid-19 pandemic.

Please note that these terms and conditions apply to new and existing bookings, including those that have already been rearranged due to lockdown.

If you are unable to visit Hedgerow Luxury Glamping for your holiday:

If you experience ANY symptoms of Covid-19 DO NOT travel to Hedgerow Luxury Glamping.

We are unable to provide any refunds in any circumstances.

If you test positive for Covid-19 before your stay…

If you receive a positive Covid-19 PCR test result which means you can no longer travel to Hedgerow, we will try to rearrange your booking.

We will require proof of your positive test result as we will not be able to offer your holiday dates to anyone else with such short notice.

We strongly advise you to take our travel insurance to cover your holiday to Hedgerow Luxury Glamping as we will be offering NO REFUNDS.

 
During Your Stay

If you feel unwell during your stay at Hedgerow Luxury Glamping and return home, you must notify us by calling 07828 311 422 or 01200 445 296.

If you receive a positive Covid-19 test whilst you are staying at Hedgerow Luxury Glamping and have been told you have to isolate in your Pod, you are liable to pay for the costs incurred during your isolation and until you leave Hedgerow Luxury Glamping. This includes the accommodation cost, any Extras that are purchased, items in the shop or any other items and costs incurred.

If possible (as per Government / Medical advice) we would prefer you to return home if you receive a positive Covid-19 test result during your stay.

What are we doing to keep you safe?

Each pod and outside area is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each stay – we already did this of course, but we’re being doubly thorough!

The hot tubs are always emptied and refilled, re-heated and the water is treated between every booking.

We have removed some of the decorations inside and outside the pods to make cleaning easier.

Hand sanitiser is available in every pod and around the glamping site including the shop, sun bed/cushion shed and barbecue hut.

We have a contactless entry system into the pods so you do not have to physically see anyone when checking in and out of your pod.

 
What happens if we are put into local lockdown?

If our region is placed under a local lockdown, we will notify you as soon as we are aware by email. We will then contact you arrange your holiday dates to a pod and date of the same value. If you decide to upgrade your pod or move to a different season, and additional costs will be payable.
